- The picnic runs from Noon to 8:00pm
- Thousands of people come from around the county to this event
- Electioneering is not allowed, however…..you can:
- Walk through the event and meet people
- If asked, you can hand an individual a palm card/collateral
- Your volunteers may wear your shirts, but remind them they are just there to get you name out and not to campaign
